How this work reliably creates root-level change

Imagine your inner world works a bit like a car engine: when something feels “too much” and we experience any symptom like tightness, shutdown, overthinking, people-pleasing etc., that’s often the equivalent of a warning light on the dashboard. It’s not there to annoy you, it’s there because the system is detecting something that needs attention. Coping strategies like affirmations or techniques to calm the nervous system can be like short-term fixes that help you keep driving safely like slowing down, pulling over, topping up fluids etc. and that can be genuinely useful in the moment. But if we try to resolve a chronic issue only with coping, we end up addressing the signal more than the source. At worst, it’s like covering the warning light so you don’t have to see it. At best, it’s like dealing with the smoke in the cabin while the actual problem is still building under the hood. Root-level change begins when we stop fighting the warning light and start looking at what it’s pointing to namely the deeper pattern and emotional learning that keeps triggering the signal. This way the system no longer has a reason to light up in the first place.

Hi, I'm Corinna!

I am a Coherence Coach certified by the Coherence Psychology Institute.​

Clients come to me after years of personal growth work following standard approaches, as they sense there is something deeper that is yet to be uncovered for the next growth step to occur. I help them uncover this next step. I have also worked successfully with many individuals new to personal growth work.

My work is based on three pillars:

  • several years of specialized training and practice in emotional work and neuroscience principles. My approach is based on findings in brain research on how to change emotional learning patterns.

  • months of intensive practice in a Thai Buddhist monastery, training presence, stillness, and honest self-observation.

  • firsthand experience, which helps me to empathize with and understand the challenges people usually go through in session.

 

From my own experience I know that this work is not always comfortable, but it is fruitful. And it opens up the possibility of experiencing yourself and your relationships more harmoniously, with greater inner peace, clarity, and connection. 

About me

A private 4-month coaching container to update inner patterns that repeatedly make you feel insecure and unsafe, so that you can feel free and live from a more stable center.

​This is not a program that teaches you how to regulate yourself, how to set proper boundaries or map out your next career step. The work we do goes beyond building better strategies or mindset. We work at a deeper level where your self-esteem, visibility, and connectedness were shaped and you internalized certain ideas about how the world works, even if they are not correct. When that foundation shifts, everything you do in the outside world changes without force.

What’s included in the program:

  • Length: 12 weeks full focus on transformation and one month of slow integration.

  • Format: Weekly 75-minute 1:1 sessions via Zoom.  In addition, I make space for up to 2 sessions when truly needed, because real transformation doesn´t always follow a rigid schedule. This ensures you reach the depth and goals you want, without feeling rushed. 

  • Approach: Somatic awareness and subconscious techniques based on latest findings in brain research to unwire old emotional patterns and replace them with a felt sense of safety, confidence, and authority. We’re not layering new thoughts on top of old beliefs. We’re dissolving the old ones entirely.

  • Support: You will receive in between session tasks and integration prompts to help you anchor your progress and breakthroughs. Also you will have the option to reach out to me in between sessions for individualized support, life reflections or questions that arise. 

  • Individualized: We will be working in the pace that suits best for you, to be as gentle and slow as needed but as effective and fast as possible.
